High-End Outdoor Living Space*

Includes a large paver/flagstone patio with raised sections, accent boulders, outdoor grill and bar, 16×20 pergola or gazebo, stone steps, walkway, section of natural lawn, premium lighting, updated or new irrigation system irrigation (includes mulch/bark, planting services, flowers and/or shrubbery), turf installation based on client need or request. It comfortably fits 20+ people.
